REVIEW!!! FINESSE 48 HOURS CLEAN SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER!

I have tried hundreds of shampoos and conditioners throughout my life! I mean literally hundreds! I once read somewhere that you shouldn’t use the same shampoo, soap and toothpaste for a very long time. So I kept on changing these every  now and then.
Now I had beautiful hair. My hair was long, thick and luscious! I’ve never color treated my hair, nor have I ever gone through any chemical hair treatments. I barely used a flat iron or a curling rod or even hair dryer. I style my hair probably 10 times a year or so. So that rendered into the purity and beautification of my hair.
However at the start of the year 2015, I started experiencing some health issues which lasted  for about 10 months, so that affected whole of my body including my skin and hair. My hair became brittle and started falling out. My hair eventually became thinner and finally I was left with drastically damaged hair.
Once I gained my health back, I immediately started looking for hair products that targeted damage and hairfall. I tried so many products but nothing worked as I wanted them to. So I chopped off my hair. The new hair was a little bit manageable and less damaged, but the hair fall wasn’t ending!
So I finally went to an old favorite of my mother’s. When I was 10, my mom would send me to the drugstore every month to get her some toiletries, like shampoos, conditioner, face wash, cleansers, etc. So I remember I used to bring this shampoo a lot and she loved it at the time. So I went online and started looking for it and I realized that they had changed the packaging a little which kind of made me sceptical, but I went ahead and ordered it.
It was Finesse 48 hours clean shampoo and conditioner. Now I did mention the shampoo in the ride or die hair products post. But this stuff is so good that it definitely needs a complete review!

PRICE AND PACKAGING:

Now both the shampoo and conditioner retail for $3.79 and contains 13 fl oz of product. The picture shows what the actual packaging looks like.

WHAT IT STATES ON THE PACKAGING:

Now since both the shampoo and the conditioner are from the same range, the packaging has exactly the same description. The only difference is the usage instructions, both of which are according to the product.

MY HONEST OPINION:

So as soon as I got the package, I literally hopped into the shower and washed my hair! Now I would like to mention here that the reason I got the 48 hours clean one was because I wash my hair every two days. I do not wash it daily, and somehow I thought the 48 hours clean was a better pick for me. Now these products are a miracle!
Just after one wash, my hair fall decreased drastically. Previously when I woke up, my pillow would be full of hair and when I brushed them, literally strands and strands came out. But these products visibly reduced my hair loss. And now these are my holy grail. I use them every two days, and my hair loss has completely stopped. So this is a product that I love to the moon and back and I would keep going back for it over and over again!

FINAL VERDICT:

PRICE: 5/5

PACKAGING: 5/5

RATING: 5/5

WOULD I BUY IT AGAIN: YES

WOULD I RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS: HELL YEAH!!!

I hope this was helpful for you guys! Do let me know what you want me to review in the future and also if you have any suggestions for me 🙂 Until next time!

PAKISTAN’S FIRST EVER BEAUTY SUBSCRIPTION BOX!

What’s up all the beautiful ladies? Welcome back to my blog! Sorry I’ve been really busy lately, so it’s just a disclaimer, that I may not be able to post here regularly, but I promise that I’ll try and post something for you people every chance I get! I started hoarding makeup a while ago, and you know what actually helped me out the most to build up my makeup collection? Beauty Subscription Boxes! Now most of you may not know what beauty boxes or beauty subscriptions really are, so let me clear the air out first. Beauty subscriptions are basically a service that you subscribe to monthly, for a minimal amount, and every month you are sent a box full of 4 to 5 beauty products, that retail for way more than you actually pay for them. So being honest it’s a pretty neat deal. I have been in love with the concept, and therefore I tried out each and every subscription box out there, from Boxycharm, to Ipsy, to Birchbox, hell I even tried a Korean Beauty box! The ...

Life Update! I Got Nikkahfied! Detailed Post!!!

Hey Everyone Welcome Back To My Blog!! I know my regular readers are asking me every now and then where have I been in the past couple of weeks, and also why am I so MIA on the blog. Well the reason is stated in the title! I got Nikkahfied on 16th April, 2017, and this is the main reason for me being not active on the blog! So the preps actually started in late January, I wanted a dress that spoke to me, so I wanted to be sure that I am choosing something that I have always imagined myself wearing on my big day. Although I will be having a proper wedding in future, so I wanted to keep it as minimalist as possible, and also chic at the same time. I did not want a total bridal vibe, but simultaneously, I wanted something that made me stand out of the crowd. So I bought an embellished fabric from Rabi Centre, that's located in Bahria Town Phase 7, and I wanted it to be stitched as a floor length Maxi dress. The tailor however did not follow my instructions, and made a floor le...

MAKEUP 101! KNOW YOUR UNDERTONE!

First of I’m really sorry that i haven’t been posting anything the past week. Well that was because of the Eid Holidays, so I thought I’d give myself a break too! But I’m back now and the first thing that I wanted to do was to help you guys out. Now ever since I posted my first blog about  Choosing the right foundation , my inbox has been flooded with requests to write a post about Undertones. People always have difficulty, or at times don’t have the slightest idea about what the term “Undertone” is referring to, let alone what their undertone is. So to start off, what exactly is the Undertone? Well the undertone is the color underneath the surface of your skin. So to describe it as easily and as simply as I can, I would say that the undertone is the shade that is reflected from your skin when you are in broad daylight. WHAT IS AN UNDERTONE? To give you a simple idea, just try this little experiment, wear a white top, tie your hair back, open up a window so that you a...
